About Lily
Lily is a mother of two energetic little ladies.
After entering motherhood Lily found misinformation and contradictions surrounding exercise during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Seeing the true mental and physical value in movement, Lily wishes to be a positive guidance in your fitness journey. Whether you are an expecting, new or seasoned mother, she wants to make you feel empowered in your bodies capabilities.

Bachelor of Sustainability and Outdoor Education - Ara. Level 4 Personal Trainer Certification - Fit Futures.
Pre and Post Natal Certified - Girls Gone Strong.

Prenatal Training
Remaining active and strong throughout your pregnancy not only has many proven benefits for you and your baby, it also lays a brilliant foundation for a speedy post birth recovery.
